The best Prime Rib I've ever had the pleasure of. Cooked to perfection in every way. Located In the center of beautiful Christmas Town Solvang, CA next to Hotel Corque. Very classy surroundings.

Among other items, we ordered this out-of-this-world chicken. Visitors must try it! Generally, most food at a hotel is not delicious, but Craft House strives to achieve the uncommon: delicious food (Moreover, the prices are good value).

I love a good wedge salad and this one didn't disappoint. The lettuce was very fresh and the pickled onion is a great added flavor. Perfect to eat as your main meal or share with someone as a starter.

Our main course, as well as appetizer, cocktails, and salad were all amazing! Not to mention the beignets - they rivaled those we had in New Orleans! Can't say enough about the wait staff. Our waitress Cass was phenomenal. So welcoming and friendly - never made us feel hurried to open the booth for the next guests :)
